Pink Fish Painting is a fully accredited member of this scheme and was one of the first traders to be recognised by the council. The Buy with Confidence scheme helps you to find good, honest and local businesses, and to avoid the risk of inadvertently using a rogue trader. In order to become a Buy with Confidence trader, Pink Fish Painting was first recommended by a happy client to the City Council.

Membership of the scheme is not given lightly. We then underwent a series of tailored background checks. Pink Fish Painting underwent a complaints history review, of which there were none. A Trading Standards Enforcement Officer visited our business premises to review the manner in which the business was run and references covering many years were provided and checked. We have agreed to abide by the scheme's Code of Conduct which require us to fully comply with not only the letter of the law, but the spirit of the same. Finally an exhaustive Police check was undertaken covering the past decade and approval given with respect to entering people's homes for work to be undertaken.

Only if all these requirements are met is membership given, and, for your own peace of mind, Pink Fish Painting , along with all other members are continuously monitored thereafter. As with all schemes, members cannot guarantee that work will never give rise to complaint, but you can be fully assured that Pink Fish Painting operates in a professional manner at all times and any problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
